Terms of Service · Effective September 15, 2026
By using SendHide, you agree to use temporary inboxes and long-term forwarding lawfully, responsibly, and without harming others. These terms explain each party’s responsibilities.
You must meet the digital-service age of consent in your location and have the right to accept these terms.
The service is suitable for signups, trials, notifications, and email testing—not as a replacement for an important account email address.
You are responsible for protecting access tokens, verification codes, and authenticators, and for promptly disabling suspicious aliases.
Temporary addresses expire, and delivery may also be affected by the sender, the network, or third-party policies.
| Feature | What we provide | Your responsibility | Not suitable for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Temporary inboxes | Time-limited addresses and web inboxes | Complete your tasks before expiration | Asset recovery and long-term credentials |
| Long-term forwarding | Aliases, activation controls, and delivery logs | Maintain your receiving mailbox and access status | Communications requiring legally mandated retention |
| Account verification | Email verification codes and authenticators | Protect your email, tokens, and one-time codes | Shared identities for multiple people |
| Support | Reasonable troubleshooting and security response | Provide necessary, non-sensitive details | Recovering expired temporary addresses |
Accessing or using the service means you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you disagree with anything here, stop using the service and clear the site data from your browser. Mandatory consumer rights in some jurisdictions are not excluded by these terms.
SendHide provides time-limited anonymous inbox addresses, long-term email-forwarding entry points, delivery logs, and account-security tools. Specific features, capacity, retention periods, and available domains may change as security and operational needs require.
Temporary email can be used without an account, but addresses expire. Long-term forwarding requires verification of a receiving email address and may require an authenticator for a second confirmation.
You must provide a receiving email address that you are authorized to use and keep verification codes, access tokens, devices, and authenticator keys confidential. Actions resulting from shared credentials or a compromised device may be treated as initiated by your session.
If you notice an unusual login or unexpected delivery, immediately pause the relevant entry point, sign out, and contact support. We will never ask you to reply to a one-time verification code by email.
You may use the service for lawful signups, privacy separation, software testing, and routine communication forwarding, but you must respect sender rules and third-party rights. Test emails may be sent only to addresses you own or are expressly authorized to use.
You may not use the service to impersonate anyone, evade sanctions, conceal fraudulent activity, or facilitate unlawful transactions. Whether a use is acceptable will be assessed based on its purpose, scale, and risk.
You may not create addresses in bulk to bypass website restrictions, probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service infrastructure. You also may not distribute malicious code, harassment, child sexual abuse material, or other unlawful content.
We may throttle, suspend, remove, or report unusual automation, abusive requests, and high-risk content. In emergencies, we may act without prior notice to protect users and network security.
You retain rights to content you are authorized to submit, and you grant us permission to process that content only as necessary to provide inbox, forwarding, display, and security-scanning functions. This limited permission ends when the content is deleted or its retention period expires, although clearing backups may take a reasonable amount of time.
You represent that your use of the service will not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or confidentiality obligations. When we receive a valid rights notice, we may restrict the relevant content and request further information.
A temporary address is not a permanent identity. We cannot guarantee that every sender will accept it or that messages can be recovered after the address expires. Do not use it for banking, healthcare, government, domain control, or other high-value accounts.
Sender anti-spam policies, attachment limits, and network delays may affect delivery. The countdown shown on the page indicates the usage window; it is not a promise of permanent storage.
We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, security incidents, provider failures, legal requirements, or events beyond our control. Where necessary, we may change domains, capacity, interfaces, or features.
If a change materially affects long-term forwarding users, we will provide notice when reasonably practicable. Free temporary inbox features may change without additional notice.
You may stop using temporary inboxes, delete aliases, or contact us to close a long-term forwarding account. Before termination, save any information you still need and update third-party accounts that depend on the address.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, prolonged inactivity, or legal requirements. Termination does not remove responsibilities that arose earlier, and provisions that must remain effective by law will continue to apply.
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every email will be delivered, that third parties will accept an address, that content will be complete or accurate, or that the service will remain uninterrupted.
You should assess the importance of each task yourself and keep necessary backups. No verbal statement or support response expands the commitments expressly made in these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for lost profits, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages. If the law requires us to accept liability, it will be limited to the reasonable value of the service related to the dispute.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these terms. Statutory remedies that consumers cannot waive remain unaffected.
Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication, then handled under the rules of the jurisdiction where the operating entity is located and any applicable mandatory law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective and will be applied within the lawful scope that most closely reflects the original intent.
Changes to these terms will update the effective date; material changes will be highlighted in a reasonable manner. For questions or reports, email support@sendhide.com and include enough information to help us identify the issue, but do not include any verification codes.
