Cleared after the address expires
Anonymous addresses and messages are retained only for the current receiving task, then enter the deletion process. They are not used to build advertising profiles.
Privacy Policy · Updated September 15, 2026
This policy explains what data SendHide processes when providing temporary email, long-term forwarding, and account security features, why we process it, and how you can control it.
Anonymous addresses and messages are retained only for the current receiving task, then enter the deletion process. They are not used to build advertising profiles.
Aliases, forwarding destinations, and archive records are linked to your account. You can pause an entry or delete an alias.
Request times, outcomes, and risk signals help prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service.
We do not sell email addresses, message content, or usage history, and we do not use message bodies for targeted advertising.

| Security and error logs | Prevent abuse and troubleshoot | Retained for a limited period based on risk and operational needs | Ask the support team for an inquiry |
This policy applies to the temporary email, long-term forwarding, account dashboard, and related support services provided by sendhide.com. Emails sent by third-party websites and their own data practices are the responsibility of those third parties; we cannot make commitments on their behalf.
When you leave our site through a link in an email, the destination site's privacy policy governs subsequent processing. We recommend reading it before submitting identity, payment, or account recovery information.
When you create a temporary email address, the system generates a random address, access token, and expiration time. The subject, sender, body, and technical email headers of received messages are used only to display them in the current inbox and support deletion.
Temporary email is designed for short-term tasks. It should not be used for medical, financial, government-service, or long-term account-recovery messages. When an address expires or is replaced, its related content enters the automatic cleanup process.
When you enter the long-term forwarding dashboard, we process the receiving email you provide and send a one-time verification code to confirm control of it. If you enable an authenticator, the system also processes authenticator key status and dynamic-code verification results.
We will not ask you to create a site password. Verification and dynamic codes are used only for that authentication attempt, and no support representative will ask you for these codes by email.
Long-term aliases require us to store the alias prefix, destination email, enabled status, and creation time so forwarding can continue. Delivery records include the subject, sender, receipt time, and delivery status, helping you determine whether the route is working properly.
Archived message bodies are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically. Pausing or deleting an alias does not affect copies already delivered to your personal mailbox.
To keep the service available, we may record request times, truncated or hashed network addresses, browser type, API results, and rate-limit events. This information helps troubleshoot errors, prevent automated abuse, and investigate security incidents.
We restrict access to logs and shorten retention periods according to actual risk. Logs are not used to infer your email interests or build cross-site advertising profiles.
This site uses browser local storage to save login tokens, the current temporary email session, and necessary interface state, allowing you to continue your task after refreshing the page. This data remains on your device; clearing browser site data ends the local session.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. The hosting environment may use aggregated visit analytics, but pages do not write tracking code directly, and message bodies are not sent to analytics services.
We process data to provide the service you request, protect service security, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use data only as necessary for these purposes and do not turn temporary mail content into marketing lists.
Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Some security records may need to be retained for a limited time to prevent fraud or meet legal requirements.
We may use hosting, email delivery, network protection, and incident-monitoring providers to operate the service. These providers process only the data needed under contract and our instructions, and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
Service infrastructure may be located outside your country or region. Where data is processed internationally, we use applicable contractual safeguards, access controls, or other protective measures.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, separated privileges, rate limiting, and protected operational logs. Authenticator features can add a second confirmation step to long-term forwarding accounts; we recommend enabling them for important entries.
No internet service can promise absolute security. If you notice suspicious access, pause the relevant alias, sign out, and contact us at support@sendhide.com.
Depending on applicable local law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of account data we hold, and you may object to certain processing. To prevent impersonation, we may first verify control of the email address.
Temporary messages can be deleted directly in the interface; long-term aliases can be paused or removed. Send other requests to the support address, and we will respond within the applicable timeframe and explain the outcome.
The service is not intended for children below the minimum digital-consent age set by local law. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information and will take reasonable steps to delete it when we learn of it.
Do not use temporary email to transmit highly sensitive information, emergency notices, or communications that must remain traceable by law for a long time. Use a dedicated account that can be reliably recovered and meets the requirements of your industry.
When features, regulations, or provider arrangements change significantly, we will update the date on this page and, where reasonable, provide a prominent notice. Continuing to use the updated service means you acknowledge the new processing information.
Privacy questions, rights requests, or security reports can be sent to support@sendhide.com. Please do not include verification codes, complete message bodies, or unnecessary proof of identity in your email.
